By the law on the TM30 needs to be filed within 24 hours of moving in to your accommodation. If the airbnb is unwilling to file for you you can wait until you rent an apartment. Not ideal but you really only need the TM30 to get services at immigration.
if doing domestic travel and a TM30 is filed by a hotel as example, you'd need to update your TM30 with your regular permanent address before getting services at your local immigration. What office do you use, because this intrusive policy was pretty much shelved quite a few years ago.
Be sure the employment certificate states you are authorized to work in Thailand and that you will conduct no business with Thai persons or business entities.
