Should I send an email inquiry about my DTV application to the Los Angeles Thai Evisa site?

Been a month since DTV application to Los Angeles Thai Evisa site. Seven business days since request of additional documents were uploaded. Any opinion on sending an email inquiry to the Evisa site? Make the application request better or worse, get the immigration a little pissed off and deny?

thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is considering inquiring about the status of their DTV visa application that has been under review for a month, including a wait of seven business days after submitting additional documents. There is concern about whether sending an email could negatively impact the application process.
