Hi. Just wanted to verify.
I am going to Savannakhet to apply for a new 90-day Non-B visa for work. I have the appropriate paperwork from my new place of employment.
I believe that I no longer need to make an appointment through this website: [members only]/
The process should simply be.
1) Prepare paperwork. Upload as much as I can into the E-visa website: [members only]/
2) Enter Laos
3) Between 09:00 and 10:00 upload additional verification that I am physically in Laos. This can be a photo of my Laos entry visa.
4) Pay the Visa fee. I believe that I must do this in-person with cash at the Thai consulate in Savannakhet.
5) Wait for the visa to be emailed to me. Or will I go to the consulate to pick up the visa after being notified?
Is this correct? Anything I am missing?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confirming the application process for a 90-day Non-B visa while in Savannakhet, Laos. They plan to upload paperwork online, enter Laos, provide physical verification, pay the visa fee in cash, and are unsure if they will receive the visa via email or need to pick it up in person. A comment clarifies that the visa will be available electronically and should be printed for border submission.
