Do London always process the DTV before the flight date?

I'm due to fly out on the 1st January and my application is still stuck at Pending - Awaiting Document Approval.

I applied on December 1st and have tried to email and message throughFacebook but received no response. Thanks.

Has anyone experienced seeing their application status already set to "Pending Approval" and the following day, received another Document Request (status moved back as well)?

Do you normally get email updates regarding your application? I submitted yesterday and haven't gotten any confirmation email about the application or payment. Worried I'll miss a request for interview or something 🫣

Been a month since DTV application to Los Angeles Thai Evisa site. Seven business days since request of additional documents were uploaded. Any opinion on sending an email inquiry to the Evisa site? Make the application request better or worse, get the immigration a little pissed off and deny?

I applied on the 3rd of May here in Bali . Anyone else waiting on DTV in Bali? I applied as a freelancer. Is there any more holidays or is yesterday it?

I applied my DTV on 14th February 2025 from Islamabd, Pakistan, it shows processing, pending document check from that date. Is there any way I can communicate with the embassy as dates for my planned travel arriving soon.

Hello, I'm in the process of filling the online application. Does anyone know if the application is "locked" once you hit submit? My question is if for some reason I accidentally missed out on uploading an attachment after I've hit submit, will I still be able to add that document? Or do I just have to wait for the result and if the embassy requests for more documents, then they'll "reopen" the application on the portal for me to upload more docs? TIA.

FYI for anyone applying in Vietnam this week. I submitted my application to the Hanoi embassy just before 5pm on Monday and have been sitting at Pending document check ever since - 48 hours later. Previous reports suggest that usually people have moved to pending approval status by now. So delays for the holidays seem inevitable.

UPDATE: after asking for a couple of my documents to be re-sent, and resending pretty much immediately, I have now moved to Processing Pending Approval! I think that's good news 🤞🤞

UPDATE 2: Thanks so much for everyone's advice in this group! Tet miracles can happen. I got approved this afternoon a few hours before the embassy closed for the holiday. I hope everyone else in a similar situation got approved so quickly.

I sent an inquiry email about my application status to Royal Thai Consulate -Ho Chi Minh on December 26, 2024 and haven’t got any reply from them yet. Does it usually take this long to get their reply ? How long does it take to receive their response ? May I ask?

Applied online November 19th and in my application table it says “Latest Update” on December 10th. However, the status did not change and I have no request for further documents. I checked thoroughly my email and spam folder for updates but still nothing. Am I missing something?
