You need a mobile phone number in Thailand. This will be registered in your name. Ask for proof at the shop. I've had a Thai number for a while now, and I have an annual subscription. I pay 2,500 baht per year for unlimited internet with AIS. You must have at least 800,000 baht in your account for at least two months. I'm adding more because I occasionally use my account to make payments.

I'm from Belgium. Immediately it was in my new bankaccount.

Does the photo you sent replace the TM 30 document? I already received a document like the one in your photo from the landlord. So I assume immigration has one too...and yet the landlord has to fill out a TM 28, and I have to submit that document to immigration. Thank you for the information!!

I have to report to immigration within 24 hours with the TM30 form, so I can immediately apply for a re-entry permit.

Unfortunately, many room and hotel room owners don't fill out the TM30 form, even though they're required to. I experienced this firsthand this year, Brandon.
