Thanks Ron. It has been legalised already - this is what I provided last year and again today. It may be that I need to get it stamped at the Thai Embassy in London but I assume this is therefore a new thing? The officer told me to go to the British Embassy in Bangkok.... who don't provide this 'stamping' service.
