Hi, thanks for letting me join the group. I was wondering if anyone knew whether you need a re-entry permit if you are on a Non-Immigrant O Visa valid for 90 days. I am currently in the 90 days before extending. Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a Non-Immigrant O Visa valid for 90 days and plan to leave Thailand during that period while wanting to maintain your permission of stay, you will need to obtain a re-entry permit.

If you want to leave the country during that 90 days and keep your current permission of stay date, then yes, you will need a re entry permit.
