Can you do 90 day reporting online for kids? I processed mine fine but can't seem to do it for my kid for some reason.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, there is no age limit for 90-day reporting in Thailand, and children can be included in the process. However, issues may arise depending on the visa type they are on. Some users report that they have not needed to submit 90-day reports for their children, particularly if they are dependents on a Work Extension visa.

Feel free to delete my comment, but my kid has lived here as my dependent (I have a Work Extension) and I have never done a 90 day report for him (he's 5) - and it's never been an issue at Extension time (my wife and I always do ours).
