I’ll tell you more on this tomorrow. I have one tourist visa for the past 12 months and applied for another today. They looked at my passport and seemed ok with it. BUT, I never paid the fee. Will go back in the morning when I’ve finished drinking every scrap of BeerLao I can get my hands on.
