 All sorted today. They initially told me to come back next week, but after some sweet talking they reluctantly agreed to do it today, it took 2 hours. Re-entry permit sorted also.

Regarding the 400k in the bank, does it need to kept in there for another 3 months or or can I use it now?

 Yes I did tell them. They simply said check back again tomorrow. Fingers crossed it will be sorted tomorrow
