I'm going to Vientiane for my Non O visa tomorrow, could someone please tell me if I've missed something off the booking website because there doesn't seem to be any confirmation or ref number to prove my booking. What's the procedure on arrival? Thanks in advance.

I just arrived at the consulate..nobody outside. An hour before it opens and I'm the first one here. The quietest I've seen it in 18 years. There were less than 50 people at the border, now all the van companies go to Savannahaket apparently.

 I'm number 59 for a non o visa. I only saw 15 or 20 'ferrang' at the border here for visas.

 NOT of the screen in the log in that says MY Appointments but the screen shot of the CONFIRMATION you get from the email.

I see my booking confirmed on the 'my appointments' page showing 1st Aug 2019 between 09:00-12:00 but see no option to print. Do I just print the webpage?
