Only culinary ones with the likes of Blue Elephant which are not cheap. But suspect some cheaper ones will start popping up soon for visas.

I think a good option for Thailand would be to allow a work permit for retirees with limitations. There are lots of retirees with skills that could advance Thailand who could work on advisory basis. But not be full time employees.

They are missing on lots of potential training.
