 Yes i did it for about 12 years but tbey were not so many people coming then and then was pulled over twice about it and told no more.

No you cannot we actually had this checked out with my wifes friend and her lawyer companions at her wedding.

We have small holding (4 rai) but as its not a commercial its fine for me to work on. But in your circumstance no its illegal as your wife presumanly sell the produce.

Pack up and leave. Send letter you want to leave because of noise disruptions etc. Include as much correspondence as possible and send it registered. Or see a lawyer it doesnt take long to see what sort of letter need to send so you are covered. Maybe he verifies what was sent

 I got about 20 minutes of questioning and checking of documents at Norfolk VA because i only had one way ticket (i got visa) as Nick says it all depends on airline and the person checking you in
