I am on DTV... handed them my passport and DTV printout. Didn't even look at the printout and stamped me for 60 days. I was also coming from Vietnam. I was only staying for 30, so didn't bring it up...
My middle name (initial) as in error and immediately resulted in denial with no refund... pondered reapplying, which I did... and paid again and was approved.
