What's going on is these visas were never meant to be used how people are using them. IE People border bouncing and living here on them. Now they are starting to get on top of it.
I have been looking at information regarding obtaining a Non b in Manila. I can only find one report from 3 years ago where the applicant gave up attempting to get it.
Manila are red hot on absolutely everything in order just to get a simple tourist visa.
If your not certain of having EVERYTHING they require ( And I'm struggling to even find the requirement list using my phone) I would choose another destination.
in one post he says that yes, in another he says no passport.
Seems strange either way that you can use a passport that would look nothing like you and be accepted at face value? With a Thai ID i could understand it but?
How do you get a yearly extension because you 'Used to be Thai'? Sounds like the extension is a bent as the adoption papers or something isn't adding up?
