Ron van den Heever. That website is not worth a pinch of salt. The checkpoint officers have zero interest in it. At Phuket, the very few who are permitted to enter must show proof of vaccination, proof of residence, and covid test certificate.

There's probably no straight answer because there has been no announcement yet if the order (which expires August 31) will be extended, which allows only bona-fide residents entry into Phuket domestically. I would guess there will be an announcement in the next two days if vaccinated people will be permitted to enter from Wednesday

It may be wise to check with your immigration office, as each office has its own policy. As Tod says, it should be ok, but you don't want a rude shock come extension time. And make sure both accounts are able to have cash withdrawn immediately.
