Good morning. Is the TM 7 the proper form for extending an OA non imm long STAY? Has it changed at all in the past year beyond asking for the TM 30?

Thanks in advance.

Question about OA non immigrant extension of stay. If based on 800k in the bank, could it be in 2 different accounts, both in my name?

The total balance would meet the requirements for amount and time in the accounts. Usually people would maintain a single account for this purpose, so I don't know if this question has been asked before.

Need advise on OA non immigrant visas. The Thai government is now allowing OA visa holders to return to Thailand with Covid testing and quarantine protocols.

My Visa was issued in March 2020 but has not been used yet because of the Covid 19 pandemic. Normally, I would be stamped into Thailand for one full year upon arrival.

My dilemma: My OA visa was issued with the requirements of Thai medical insurance for one year. I will upon re-entry into Thailand, only have three months remaining on the Thai medical insurance. Will immigration ignore the limited policy time on my Thai health insurance policy and stamp me in for a full year? Or will they stamp me in for the time commensurate with my health insurance expiration?

I've just had my OA non immigrant multiple entry long stay visa based on Retirement Approved in Canberra.

My current extension issued in Jomtien expires 6 August 2019.

My re-entry permit also expires 6 August 2019.

My return to Thailand scheduled for 26 July 2019 BKK.

My feeling is to just enter on my new OA and not worry about the 10 days remaining on my re-entry permit.

Additionally this new OA is in a brand new Australian passport whilst the extension and re-entry are in my old cancelled passport which I think I should present along with my new passport at immigration BKK.

Does anyone see any pitfalls with this plan?

If so please explain why?

Thank you all.
