Greg Bewick. You could try applying for your Thailand Pass before you leave Thailand? I don't know how that would work, or even if it would work, but someone should give it a go. It might make a "border bounce" a possibility for those who need one

Diana Kim Sangkharat. I'm a big supporter of the mail-in. A five minute stroll to my closest post office, copying & EMS postage around 80 baht. Against the hike out to CW and writing off the whole day. It's a no-brainer, but as Benjamin has said, it's only for Bangkok.

Getting there is no problem, but once there you have to go through the Thailand Pass application process in order to get back into Thailand
