You would have to reenter thailand on the thailand pass.
i did an visa run one time in my life, when I came back (by plane) they made a huge problem out of it also. I was husseld about some misunderstanding that I would have beruded some of the staff very strange and never gonna do a visa run again.
Greg Bewick. You could try applying for your Thailand Pass before you leave Thailand? I don't know how that would work, or even if it would work, but someone should give it a go. It might make a "border bounce" a possibility for those who need one
likewise, I can't find it either, but, in Thai visa advice there was also a post that was withdrawn and Tod Daniels made a little post about it to the effect of we'll wait for more conclusive evidence. So...as with many things Thai, nobody's sure of anything including the leaks.
can't see anything there, maybe I'm going blind! Most interesting tweet of his today is the one from Koh Phangan about them not giving the covid extensions to unvaccinated people.
Ah I get you, yes it it's been business visas only for quite a while, but now they've reopened the old system, so you can buy it online as before. Maybe not available in the airport yet?
