Rental contracts of non-hotel properties of a duration of LESS THAN one month are illegal in Thailand. When I rented Airbnb for MORE THAN one month, owner provided TM30 without no issues.

I trust that you have done this, but I also trust the lady who wrote that the office at airport was closed when she left and she lost her visa. I cannot take that risk so I am going to spend a money at chaengwattana and take the opportunity to do some shopping 😜

Hello, just to confirm that I have been this morning immigration to transfer my stamps to the new passport and the process was easy and straightforward. All the needed documents are listed on the form you directed me to through the file section of this page. And I confirm that the procedure is undertaken by the counter to which your VISA belongs : so I went to counter N2. Thank you !

Just to let you know that "transfer visa" is probably not the right choice because it is limited to B visa, as when I have secured an appointment, it sends me to counter M. I will just go and explain the issue, otherwise I will risk of spending the whole day at immigration ! Thank you anyway.
