When is the 90-day reporting deadline for my non-immigrant F and O visa in Thailand?

Hello everyone and happy new year!

I have a (tricky) question concerning the "90dayreporting", which I have never made.

Last year, we arrived in Thailand in September 2019 (on a 3 months VISA) and requested our 1 year VISA (non-immigrant F and 0) in November 2019. We were requested to report for the first time in February 2020. However, we went back to Europe beforehand and were stuck for months due to COVID : so, NO reporting.

We have been back since the end of October 2020 and requested new VISAS (same kind) again in November 2020. This time, we were not told when we should report for the first time, and I forgot asking.

So, can you tell me if I should report 3 months later I requested my VISA? In other words, if the VISA request is the starting date from which I should calculate the 90 days?

Thank you very much, I hope my question is clear enough, otherwise I would be more than glad to clarify.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the 90-day reporting requirements for their non-immigrant F and O visa in Thailand after experiencing delays due to COVID-19. They need clarity on whether the 90-day report should be calculated from the date they applied for their new visa in November 2020 or another date.

I'm going to shut this down. According to the law, anyone who is in Thailand on an extension of stay longer then 90 days, OR on a visa where they are stamped longer then 90 days, MUST do a 90 day report every 90 days. The window to file a 90 day report is between 14 days prior to 7 days after the due date.

Other people, besides you, can file a 90 day report. This includes your employer, maid, or whoever. *IF* you are on an extension of stay based on being a diplomat (Non-F visa), *AND* you believe the 90 day report requirement does *NOT* apply to you or your family, TALK to your human resource officer/ FLO officer (for US Embassy personal, may be called something else at your embassy/ Non-Government Organization), OR related person who employs you.

Good luck

I have already obtained my extension... sorry my question is probably unclear. My question is about when I should do my 90days reporting.

The problem is this... a visa is different then an extension of stay. Can you look in your passport and see if you have a stamp that says "extension of stay" OR a full page sticker

I got questions.

>we arrived in Thailand in September

Is that September 2020?

>and requested our 1 year VISA (non-immigrant F and 0) in November 2019

Are these Extension of Stays based on being a diplomat, and an extension of stay based on being a foreign spouse to a foreigner?

>and requested new VISAS (same kind) again in November 2020

Are you requesting the extension of stay?
