TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can mail your 90-day report from a location in Thailand that is not your main residence. One user shared their experience of mailing the report from Satun while using their long-term address in Chiang Mai. They also provided a copy of the Chiang Mai TM30 and mailed it 17 days before the due date, although it arrived a couple of days after the due date. It is suggested to use the regular address on the return envelope when mailing it and to be prepared for the possibility that it may be returned if not accepted.
