Hello everyone! I am trying to fill my 90-days report online but when I try to validate my personal data this message appears on my screen. Shall I give up and mail it? Thank you :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing an issue while submitting their 90-day report online due to an error message. Commenters suggest that this problem may be caused by attempting to submit the report too early or that it might already be too late to mail it in, recommending a visit to the immigration office for assistance.

@Ad***
you're trying one day TOO SOON, it's 15 THAI days (which is 2 weeks for the rest of the world)

LOOK at this example in the online website

Hi! I'm getting exactly the same notice as her, yet I have "Notify your address again on 18 June 2021" (I don't wana hijack this thread... just that my notice is exactly the same as hers even though I'm sure I'm not too soon) 🤷

If your report states notify 18 June you too late to do online I think. Thw window of opportunity is in the first seven days of the 15 days online availability, You'll need to go in person....

The window for online reporting 15days before to the due date. If
@David ********
's due date is 18th June, today is the last day for him to be able to report online (regarding possible period).

If you are in the window to do the report online, then you are too late to post it in. Looks like you will have to visit immigration.

Dear Lloyd, thank you for your answer. If I understand well, a report for Bangkok immigration must be sent by post mail 14 days before the due date. If I count well, as my report is due on July 2, 14 days before would mean at the latest tomorrow. I am going to post it today if everything goes well, am I understanding things right? Thank you again.

and a postal report has to arrive AT LEAST 15 days before.
Lloyd ********
if your report is due in 15 days, there is no way you can post it and it arrive in time

Adele Andujar Esposito. Take a photo of the form, the envelope with immigration address on it and EMS sticker attached and close up photo of the EMS sticker. Be sure to include photocopies of your passport data page, last extension stamp, last entry stamp and TM6
