Sorry I do nkt but have a Google. There will be schools about. I did mine in Chiang Mai and a handful of DTV people doing the test the same time at the weekend. I saw a few of them picking up the license on the Monday at the DLT.
Anonymous participant You would probably need to use an agent or one associated with a school for that - they then check all your documents and application.
I think the owner of this school posts in here. I love Bangkok and lived/worked there for years and spent a lot of time there on business outside of working there. However, for pace and quality of life, Chiang Mai is much better and costs way lower.
Anonymous participant You can do a one day border run in a nice car - 2500 for the car and your Laos visa costs etc. I think you get back Chiang Mai late afternoon. Probably quicker than an extension if you need a few trips to the airport office.
There have been a couple of reports in this group - have a search. One was quite recent and ended up needing a border run. It is the airport office that deals with DTV Extensions and it seems they have one officer for this.
Get a Thailand license for the bike. Go to a school - it is 100% pass and is quite quick. sorts out all the issues regarding IDP restrictions and insurance cover.
Anonymous participant 379 Two Krungsri branches I know will not open on DTV - I have asked directly. Must be visa issued by "Immigration" was the response.
I remember a guy leaving a bar to get some money from ATM in PP. He came back in with three 100 USD bills. All the same serial number - 1 genuine and 2 copies. They had not even tried to split them up lol
