You may have overlooked or misinterpreted one or more of the criteria and that’s why you’re getting rejected.

For DTVs I never recommend an agent, but maybe use a trusted one so they verify your info.

But tbh.. if you’ve been rejected twice it’s not looking promising for you 🙏

Johnny47 well to be clear you won’t need the TM30 for your DTV application, but yes on the day you arrive to your friends condo the landlord should file the TM30 for you

For your DTV the invitation letter from your friend should be fine 👍

Just buy another course to be safe, that’s what I do with Muay Thai.

But the reality is I’ve never been asked to prove I’ve continued classes nor have I heard of anyone else being asked
