Anonymous participant That should be OK but still not much time for a DTV application in general. Some Embassies for certain passports have to send details to Bangkok for the decision. I do not know if Nigeria is on the list. If it is then it does take longer to process.

There was a very recent post in this group where a holder of a Tourist Visa ie a Multi Entry Tourist Visa was told to have it voided before they would proceed with the DTV application. You cannot have 2 visas at same time.

Things seem to have quietened down in the expat groups about it. Nothing from other banks as of yet.

Anonymous participant 569 So you have a card with a limit equal to the amount you leave on deposit with the bank? I still have services with a bank here thst are only open to Thais or WP holders etc. The bank knows of my visa change but still renew the services. I am letting the bear sleep as it is handy for me.
