This might be useful for some. It has just been posted in another group the requirements for a Residence Certificate in Chiang Mai. Note - different Immigration Offices have different requirements so check what is required where you apply.

In Phuket you dont need number 3, unless it has changed in the last 4 months!!

Jomtine you do not need it either. At least I think not. Bangkok you have to have done a 90 day report.
