I used my drivers license, which is ID and carries my Portuguese address. I applied in France.

they didn’t approve mine. Document has to have reference to current location and I don’t live in the Thai consulate country.

visa rejected. It needed to have an address from France (Thai consulate in France) and I’m not a resident in France. They asked for new documents, but I don’t have what they’re asking for. Not a problem in Malaysia, it was a problem here.

Rejected and for two reasons: bill didn’t have my location (I’m not a resident in France) and flight wasn’t from Thai consulate’s country. Again, France.

that makes absolutely no sense. First of all, I don’t live in Portugal, and then there are Portuguese and Thai embassies and consulates scattered all over the world, including here in France. Applying online will do just fine, I’m just sorting out the best document for the form.
