What should I do if my Thai DTV application status shows pending payment despite an instant bank transfer?

I thought mine said pending payment also but make sure you are looking on a computer or tablet with a larger screen, and slide the box over, which I did for it to say pending document approval. There is a blue dot and then a blue line after processing payment.
