I am a little confused about the TM30.

I have a 60-day Visa from the Thai Consulate.

Initially I am staying for 5 nights in Bangkok, then moving to a new condo in Chiang Mai for 2 weeks, and then will find another place to stay the remaining time on my Visa. I am planning on applying for a 30-day extension also.

Do I need a TM30 for each new condo or apartment I rent, and isn't the landlord who needs to file it?

Will I only the need the last filed TM30 at the last place I rent prior to applying for the extension? Will the landlord provide that to me? Will I need the TM30 to apply for the 30-day extension in Chiang Mai?

I need a tm30. I guided my landlord months ago to register everything on the tm30 website but now that I need a copy of the tm30, I don’t know where exactly it is on the website. He sent me this screenshot. Can you guys help me please. Thanks

Cam someone please refresh my memory re TM30 at new immigration office? Do I go with new lease within 24 hours or does the Landlord now take care all online? And if so, how do you get the physical slip into your passport, or is that no longer needed too? Thanks.

Morning all. With regards to the TM30, I have issues with my landlord doing my TM30 and I saw someone comment that you could self report with a lease at Cheng Wattana. Firstly, has anyone done this and is any other paperwork required or just the lease agreement?

UPDATE: It’s a miracle. Thanks to the admins I now have my TM30 in hand. And yes, as explained by admin you do a search for your report. I actually had to ask her to change the date because in the first search (which covered my whole stay) it didn’t show up. So we had to shorten the parameters and there it was!

TM30 website question: my landlord filled out everything for her house she rents to me and was approved. And then did my TM30 but no receipt via email or any tab to verify on website. So nothing to show it was done. Anybody know why? Seems like it didn’t happen but I watched her do it.

I asked my landlord for an updated copy of my TM30 because Immigration said the old one was blurred. She can no longer access it on the Immigration website (the original TM30 application was filed a year ago).

Is the proper procedure for me simply to file a new TM30 application?
