Visas for people living in Ireland are handled through the Thai consulate in London although you apply online. They're website has pretty comprehensive information for each visa option

Are you 50 years old or over? If so, you can get a 90-day non-O visa based on retirement (age 50+).

If you are not 50+, then you don't have many options. You can get a tourist visa which will give you 60 days and then apply for the 30-day extension. That's really the only option visa-wise if under 50.

Note that both of these will give you 90 days, which is probably not going to equal 3 months.
