Do I need to fill out the TDAC form online if I use the THIM app?

i stopped going to thailand,, the government are so controlling now, too much forms, too many apps,, too many pay this pay that , pay extra tell us where you are staying, what you are doing .. nah, going elsewhere now , and of course the worst and most stupid one,, reduce the 60 day free back to 30 day free, because they think foreign criminals, which by the way is only 0.5% of criminals in thailand, are only going to commit crimes if they are on a 60 free.. they think all criminals will stop because they are only on a 30 day free.. i went to thailand every year for 30 years,, always for 6 weeks,, never caused trouble,, but now they want to punish me, because of 0.5% of bad people,, now i am going else where..as are now thousands of others. thailand hate foreigners, they just want our money , hence now charging us for arriving at their airports as well,, christ it never stops.. next month they will be doing something else to punish us for being foreigners

One needs a degree to keep up with all these changes. Then they wonder why Thailand falls behind Vietnam

If I filled out the application and everything went well, is that enough or do I need to fill out the form online as well?

You can do the TDAC in the THIM app. But you can alternatively use the home page, as before. Using the app is said to make your next TDAC quicker, by remembering your details.

Does »not the only way to complete your TDAC« mean, you can only submit information but STILL NEED to do the TDAC over the website?
