Hello everyone, I submitted my application in Hanoi on the 18th and provided additional documents on the 19th. Today, my application was rejected. However, I do not know the reason for the rejection.
I applied under the soft power category (Muay Thai), and the gym I chose is properly qualified. My bank account also has sufficient funds.
What should I do next?
(Could it be related to the fact that I previously applied for two ED (education) language visas? Or is it because I hold a Chinese passport?)

The comments include various perspectives on visa applications, suggesting possible next steps, including reapplying in Vientiane, Laos, and reflecting on the challenges faced by Chinese passport holders.
匿名互动者 946 I get it😅😅😅 I won't change the character of the Chinese people Even if you want to do well, just because you're Chinese, you're often "taken care of"
I have quite a few ed visas, recent ones and was approved in Hanoi a couple of months ago. I'm pretty sure they don't matter unless you massively overstayed or something
匿名互动者 769 I promise I've never been overstay a day,My personal opinion is my Chinese passport。Chinese passports are discriminated against everywhere。The thing is I still don't know what the problem is. I sent an email to the embassy.
If you were rejected in Hanoi, you can still apply a second time in Vientiane, Laos. There may be an interview due to the previous rejection, but you still have a high chance of approval after the interview.
If you have any questions, feel free to message me in private.
Maybe he's some noble "white guy". can say "banana" and "nixxer" without any repercussions😅😅😅Don't worry about it😅We're looking for the key to the problem
Robert is a weirdo for the 'illegal' obsession, and Cui Heng is a hypocrite for thinking he can use the N-word (misspelled or not) to make a point. Imagine being so pressed by a white man that you start being racist to the only person who actually had your back. Y’all are both embarrassing and deserve each other. I’m out.
It must be a cultural thing, so the way we express ourselves is different. Thanks for your help.I'm using a translation app to communicate, so I often get things wrong
sorry. You got my words wrong. I mean he can discriminate against Asians and blacks without any repercussions. 😅Maybe it's a translation issue.Because I don't speak English
unfortunately last year many students from China on ED visas were deported and applied for DTV in Vietnam which casued probs for genuine Chinese applicants. I remember other Chinese applicants refused in Vietnam but approved in Jakarta. You may be able to find their posts in the threads regarding their application.
