Are online‑generated bank statements (PDF from banking app) accepted for Non‑Immigrant B, O7, or ED1 visas?

Or do they need to be stamped by the bank?

Yes the PDFs generated from overseas banks are sufficient and can be put into a single file and uploaded if needed. They do not require stamps from the banks.

Non-B and Non-ED don't have financial requirements, so there shouldn't be a bank statement involved.

99% of embassies will accept the PDF generated from your bank without issue. You upload what you have and if they don't like it they will send a request for additional or corrected documents.
