Hello, does someone know about the opening days of Chaeng Wattana Immigration on Songkran this year.

Will it be just the 3 days [11-13] as before or now the whole week [as they have now extended it]

Related to this, I have an Non-O visa /Thai Wife. Next extension is due for 15th May.

How long before that date can i apply for the extension. Is it just a month or can it be earlier than that?

Asking for a friend who is not in the group: he and his girlfriend entered on a visa exemption and already extended it for 30 days. They wanted the covid extension and I wanted to double check for them. MTT is still their place to go ,or did it change in the meantime? Moreover, is there a possibility to get online appointments for MTT, or is that just limited to CW?

Looking for clarifications.

I'm currently living and working in Thailand as a teacher. During the Songkran holidays I would like to return home for a couple of weeks or so.

My questions are:

- Must I notify my local immigration?

- What documents do I need to prepare having in mind I'll be returning to the kingdom? (Does any document need to be from my work?)

- In the test and go scheme does the local insurance we have here cover covid? or can it be used under this scheme?

- Before registering for test and go in order to get a qr code must my flight, hotel and tests already be booked and reserved?

- Can we register for test and go upto a month before our travel date?

- Lastly what's the average price in Bkk for Sha hotel+pcr test (1day)

Krabi Immigration Update:

Just closed the loop on my under consideration stamp dated April 14th. I figured I'd better try today since Songkran is next week.

It took 10-15 minutes. I just explained what I was doing there to one of the helpers and she ran off with my passport for 10 min and came back with shiny new stamp.

Stamped until May 29th.
