TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is frustrated about not being able to reach customer support for a transfer service for 8 days. They have received various comments, with some pointing out that it's Songkran, a holiday period during which government offices are closed, which might explain the lack of response. Others are confused about what 'transfer' refers to and who the poster is trying to contact. The poster later clarifies that their inquiry was misplaced in the current group.

No one understands what you mean by a “transfer”. Furthermore, who are you trying to get ahold of? An embassy or an immigration department? Which one specifically? Also, it is a holiday week, so govt is shut and many are away on longer vacation.
