Anyone heard of a bank statement being required for a 90 day report? Trying to do my mums 90 day report in Pathum Thani and they want a bank statement, which I thought was only a requirement to apply for or renew a retirement visa. Thanks.

I will be moving to Thailand in August. I will be entering on a Non O Immigrant Visa. I intend on filing for a Marriage Visa with 30 days left on my entrance visa.

Moving to Pathum Thani in December. My daughter will start BU International in January. Does anyone know of any Thai language school I can attend to do an education visa for myself? My daughter’s mother will be using the dependent O visa. I tried several Thai language schools in Bangkok but it seems I have to live in Bangkok to attend. If this post should be directed someplace else please let me know. Considering Thailand retirement moving from the US. We are planning to re-visit this year to more carefully explore preferred cities in terms of residing. My question is - are there neighborhoods or communities surrounding Bangkok that would be recommended to consider? We are not interested in condo/high rise living. Prefer to rent/lease a house with a bit of a yard since we are used to that plus would be moving with our dogs. Appreciate any informed opinions/advice.
