Need a 30 day extension visa, 60 days runout on 5 November. I intended to go to immigration at jomtiem myself and do it. I have a friend in hospital so I’m visiting and supporting them so time at a premium . I saw a you tube of someone who had an agent that did it for 4 k I can’t find it again , I know that’s double but I just want to save time and hassle . Hi everyone, hoping for some advice. I’m looking to relocate to Thailand with my partner and our dog early 2022 (from Australia). We will quarantine in Bangkok for 10 days before settling in Phuket. My father normally lives in Chonburi and will be applying for a retirement visa.

I understand that the special tourist visa cannot be converted to another visa type without leaving the country is that right?

I am thinking a non immigrant education visa may be our best option but open to suggestions given our intent is to live in Thailand long term? Also we would love any recommendations on visa agents & study options such as schools to learn Thai language too.
