ORIGINAL POSTERI’m based in Australia and need to apply for a LTR Remote Worker Visa. To reduce the risk I am considering using a Visa agent to prepare the application… should I find an agent in Australia or one in Thailand?

I can send 12 months + of stmts showing 650k baht pay each month but I always dump it all on debt and just kept balance this month for applying DTV . Do I need to wait 3 more months keeping the balance or as long as it is there this week ?

My husband and I are hoping to come and stay in Chiang mail for 6 months and we can both work online.
Just wondering which visa would be best for this situation and length of time. If he likes it there we may want to extend our time.
