Looking for a visa agent to assist with an Extension of Visa based on Marriage - Non o

Someone who speaks english, can meet me at the office and assist with moving things along. Checking my paperwork via line to ensure I have everything required, so that my time at immigration can be as painless and quick as possible

Let me know if you have recommendations of either your visa agent, or if you are a visa agent yourself.

Ideally reasonably priced

Get the list of requirements from your local Immigration Office and document the proof that you meet each one. Then submit and pay 1900B.

You will still get an under consideration stamp for 30 days and a home visit at short notice from immigration.

I’ll do it for free, it’s pretty simple.

First of all, no one can help you if you don't say WHERE in Thailand you're talking about.

Second, very few agents want anything to do with a marriage visa/extension. These have to go to the regional office for approval, so they can't skip the requirements like they can with retirement visas. You'll likely struggle to find an agent that's willing to work on this type of visa.

apologies, this was a copy/paste from the Bangkok Expats group, forgot that I didn't include the location there because on that group it was fairly obvious

Thanks for the info, I'll keep looking and see how I go. I'm ultimately not trying to skip the requirements, I'm looking at removing the stress from the whole process with knowledge that it will go through. Knowing that if I take additional days off to go to immigration with my wife, that its 2 sets of income lost for additional days past what is required. Knowing that it will already be 2 days off work, I want to avoid an accidental third from missing something that an agent would pick up on.

The lost income in combination of a frustrated employer from missing over

a week is worth the cost in some instances.

the best advice is to go to immigration and ask for their current list of requirements for marriage extension. Unfortunately even this doesn't guarantee success as there are often items that are not on the list.
