Have applied for a DTV at the end of July in Paris (e-visa). It went very quickly to pending approval. Then back to pending documents check and got asked for more documents. I gave them everything within 2 days and my DTV is pending approval ever since 😭 ( while I see everyone getting theirs in 10 days or less here )

Hello, I'm sure my question will be strange, but I want to be sure that I won't have a problem later.

I entered the country yesterday, and at the immigration counter at the airport, only the fingerprints of one hand were scanned, when I tried to scan the other hand, the scanner did not work, then the officer told me to look at the camera, and then he dealt with my visa. in the end he didn't say anything was wrong. I got the stamp and entered the country. Do you think I might have any problems later on?

Back to the BEST GROUP on the internet for advice:

I'm 6mths in on Non-Immigrant O-A Visa, Stamped in 7/19/22. But Visa DOC expires 7/5/23. Must be used (for my free year/Border bounce) by 7/4/23. I'm all set for that.

Now I find I have to go the USA for couple weeks (Emergency). Don't want anything to interfere with any of those VISA plans/ free year.

Can I simply purchase the 'Re-entry 'stamp, or whatever its called, to use as 1-time out and in? Not even presenting or worrying about my VISA DOC? I really can't afford to screw this up. I have planted deep roots here now and love it (: Any full explanation of this would be greatly appreciated.

hello, has anyone ever flown out of thailand with a large painting in a tube? just wondering if allowed as luggage by thai authorities in case they stop due to restrictions as I heard paintings need an export licence, my painting has no thai or buddhist themes but am trying to avoid the time and hassle for an export licenece to be authorised.. thanks

I just read that Thailand will soon make official dual pricing: 1) for Thais and 2) Foreigners. The price difference is a reason I go to Thailand. This will affect my future decision to go...am I alone here?

I'm considering getting my Covid 19 booster jab on the same day as I'm flying to Thailand. My only concern is not so much getting a little sick from the jab it's more if I show up in Suvarnabhumi with a fever will they take me away straight away or purely rely on the PCR test that I will get at the Sha+ hotel

I have a quick question. I'm traveling from suratani to Chiang Mai via air in a few days. I still have the "under consideration" stamp in my passpoer that they were giving out for a while. I'm covered until 31 July under the amnesty, should this cause me any trouble? Thanks!

Hello people :)

I am from germany and my partner from Australia, we have a visa on arrival and already extended it until the 5th of may. We are not sure about how the situation will be and if we'll be able to extend another time. We heard about that emergency extension which u might be able to get soon automatically but so far they are not sure about it. Do you guys think they'll let us stay here? Does it even make sense to go there and ask now if it will expire in one month? Thank You for you help!

Is flying into BKK still something to be concerned about as it was at the end of last year? (yes I know there are no guarantees, just wondering cause it seems like there haven’t been many stories over the past couple of months)
