Hey guys this is kind of an urgent post, I had just found out that my nationality is not on the list of counties in the Thai list. I have just applied with all the needed documents, sent a follow up email for the urgency as it is Wednesday night I just applied and my flight is 6pm Monday. Any chance or assistance with how to get an urgent exemption. Note that I am in Australia (nationality is not Australian) however I cannot go to the Embassy as it’s a 6 hour flight from me.

Please anyone if you could help in any way that would be appreciated ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I've just submitted my application for the DTV into the Thai Embassy in Canberra and was surprised to find the 10,000 THB fee charged as A$600 which at the current exchange rate is 12,600 THB! I have THB to pay with but the system only accepts A$.

Hi!

I’m just wondering if any fellow Australians have successfully applied for a Thai Education Visa in Australia, through the Thai Embassy in Canberra? (I would have to apply via post)

What was your experience?

Specifically, was the 90 day wording on your passport ok - did you have any problems getting the next 90 day visa when you were in Thailand?

I’m heading back to Oz anyway so I’m hoping to just apply there - but if it’s easier I will just come in again on a Tourist Visa and apply while I’m here and apply in Vientiane.

Thanks very much!

Cheers

Ali

Now I know this question has been asked to death but I need to know the quickest and simplest way to get a non-O immigrant retirement visa as I am sending a shipment of belongings to Thailand from Australia and need the retirement visa approved to receive the Cube container from Leam Chabang. I was hoping to come in visa exempt, apply for 90 day non-O immigrant visa, then open bank account and transfer the 800,000 baht. If my goods arrive before my visa I may be in trouble. I need to have Non-Immigrant visa valid for one year to provide for customs.

Someone has mentioned applying for a non-O immigrant visa here in Australia through the Thai Embassy. Is that my best option to come into Thailand with?

Good morning! Would an american tourist in australia require an aus background check for getting non-b paperwork in addition to an american one? Any other advice for the process in australia is much appreciated. Asking for a friend.

Hi everyone, from what I can see it looks like you need a letter of employment when applying for a 6 month multiple entry tourist visa.

For those in Australia who are self-employed as a sole trader or with their own 1 person company, how did you meet this requirement?
