Hey guys

I searched the forum but cannot find the answer.

I’d like a review of steps to stay in Thailand more than 90 days with DTV

1. Fill up DTAC from 72h before departure

2. Ask TM30 to the hotel (I will travel so not renting)

3. Go to immigration between 2 weeks before and 1 week after 90 days

Also, which immigration office in Bangkok?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
To stay in Thailand for more than 90 days on a DTV visa, follow these steps: 1) Fill out the DTAC form 72 hours before departure, 2) Request the TM30 form from your hotel, keeping in mind you'll be traveling, and 3) Visit the immigration office for your 90-day report between 2 weeks before and 1 week after your 90-day period ends. The suggested immigration office in Bangkok is Chaeng Wattana.

You go to do the 90 day report at whichever immigration office serves the area of your latest TM30.

DTV allows you to stay for 180 days. Not 90?

@Chenghoe ****
you still have to do a 90 day report every time you spend 90 consecutive days inside Thailand
