Hi all. It's my first time working as a teacher in Thailand, I got a non-B visa from Laos. My work permit is short and will expire on 30th September, however my non-B will expire on 4th November! Is it true I have to exit Thailand when my work permit expires or can I stay in Thailand till the non-B visa expires in November?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking clarification about their ability to stay in Thailand after their work permit expiration. They have a non-B visa expiring on November 4, while their work permit ends on September 30. Responses indicate that the validity of their stay is linked to the work permit; unless they have a special extension, they should exit Thailand when the work permit expires. However, if they have the original non-B visa, they may stay until that visa expires.
