I am 20years old and currently a dual citizen Thai and British and was wondering about this Service Liabilty Letter on my Uk army application. It says about proof of not being called back for national service. Although I’ve just recently finished my 1 year national service with documents saying I’ve finished my duty.

The British army still won’t accept it.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.

Hi there, this has probably been answered loads of times but I am getting a little confused.

I was under the impression (from answers to questions here and other places) that medical insurance is not required to apply for the Non-o visa from the UK, I’m looking at the London Thai Embassy website and it is saying that it is a requirement.

It’s not an issue if it is, if anyone has any recommendations for cheap insurance that will get us the visa, as we were planning on self insuring whilst there or looking around for best policy once we have settled.

Also, one last thing, what do I use as confirmation of residency in the uk?

Soft power for medical treatment approved. Applied 5th of august, was asked for more documentation yesterday (employment letter and new bank statements) and today it was approved. 🥳

submitted my application in Jakarta and uploaded all the required documents, including:

Scanned copies of every page of my passport

Employment certificate issued by my company

Work contract

Bank statements (with monthly salary transactions)

Proof of deposit (balance meeting 500,000 THB requirement)

Jakarta entry stamp

Hotel booking confirmation

Location screenshots

But despite all this, my application was still rejected.

I carefully checked everything and made sure there were no mistakes in my submission.

The rejection came so unexpectedly, leaving me completely unprepared.

Hello everyone. 5 year DTV re-entry. Do you have to prove 500000 thb for every entry or just on application for DTV. These funds will deplete to pay rent etc.

hi guys, I did my first 90 day report in person where I showed my TM30 from the place I was living at then. I moved shortly after that to another place and had my visa extension done where I submitted TM30 from the new place. I'll be doing the online 90 day report tomorrow as its 15 days before my due date (5 Sep) but don't have another copy of the new TM30 since they took it for the visa extension. Can i still use the TM30 from my old place since that was the one I submitted for my in-person report? Do I need to go in person if submitting the new TM30? Kindly help please, thank you

To the Germans who applied for DTV in Germany:

I want to apply for the DTV soft power but I am confused as to where to apply. Did you apply at www.thaievisa.go.th/ or at the Thai Embassy in Germany websites? This might be a stupid question but as it says you have to apply in the countrie's Thai embassy where you are at I am confused and wanted to check with the ones who already did apply and got approved. Thanks in advance :)
