TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're applying for a Thai DTV and need to provide flight details without having booked any tickets, you can use intended flight details as a placeholder. It's common to provide the flight number and route rather than a specific date or time. Should the embassy require proof of purchase later, you can buy your ticket once your application is approved.

INTENDED flightnumber, not booked flight.

Flightnumbers are like busnumbers, they tell a route, not a specific date or time.

Try just using the details of the flight you would take if you were approved. If they ask for proof of purchase as a follow up, buy the ticket then. From what I've read, not all embassies ask for proof that you've actually bought a ticket.
