If you are doing 60 days or less at anyone time you will be fine. Don’t overstay, don’t do border runs. I’m here now for the 4th time this year and I’ve had no bother.
the tdac as just been brought in a couple of months ago. They have been refusing entry to people who have done frequent border runs. If he’s only done a maximum of 60 days at a time then he will have no problems
I’ve been 4 times this year. I’m actually in Thailand now. Just fill out the tdac before you come. You fill it out up to 72 hours before arrival. Just as long you have not done any border runs you will be ok.
