I’ve been seeing my Thai girlfriend for 5 months now and I want her to come to England for a couple of months, just to see if you could live there in the future. How do I go about doing this with visas? Do I have to book the flight 1st before I apply for the visa? Do i use any of these agents what say they can help or just do it myself? TIA for any information

It's possible,tho you have to prove that she will return to Thailand, a job contract for example, kids. Don't buy the ticket yet. You could ask an agency for the details and costs tho doing it yourself is possible. Might take time.

You can do it yourself. The most important thing is to establish that she has a good reason to return to Thailand. This can be children, parents, a job; any commitment that would make her return. I can’t overstate this - probably the most common cause for the application to be rejected.
