Been with them for 13 years, good banking app, everything works as it should, talking to someone can be a challenge, I find email is best for generic questions. Better than Bangkok bank.

Anonymous participant 778 becareful with the terminology. Is not a rule I have not seen any Thai immigration say that (Its 157 days) because this guideline is only associated with visa exempt × 2 with a extension and border bounce

Overstay is normally used when talking your visa end date. 90 reporting can be done 15 days before or up to 7 days after. The max fine is 2,000thb but probably 300thb if you give yourself up. It can be done online after the first report.

Its a controller drug. Its normal to see a doctor who will prescribe the medication and should have in stock, i get a blood pressure drug 3 months worth at a time.

How does Thai tax residency apply to remote workers on a DTV visa?

There is a tax treaty between UK and Thailand, but I know nothing about it. A quick AI App search did not role out him being liable for tax, if he leaves before the 183 say 175 he should fine. Only a tax advisor could confirm if hes concerned. If he came in so hes been here 180 days he should be fine as well
