Using a dual sim card drains the battery very quickly remove one of the sims and you will have better battery life

I have thai phone and i use D-tac/True as the carrier

I don’t know about England but live in Australia and it was best to go through a visa agency in Thailand cost me about $500 Australian and they took her to Bangkok and stayed with her for the whole process

I would suggest you go on the Centrelink site and look in the pension section plenty of details there

If you 2 were living here i think she would be entitled to a pension of some sort but you are living in Thailand no hope for her

They hold it as long as they can same as western union do if they think it’s suspicious

I use line or messenger and do video chat or call on wifi

She can have as many entries as she likes as long as they don’t go past 3 months at a time
